Hmm... my son is gay, and I’m homophobic and want him not to be gay. Let’s send him to a camp filled with gay guys the same age as him. A place where they are treated like trash, and the only people that treat them like humans are the other gay teens. He will for sure not make a romantic connection as a way to cope against what he is being put through no way. That camp will make him straight!

Edit - I know these places are horrible and just morally wrong. And I feel awful for any one that went to one of them.
