Weird they opted to leave out the original PS1 controller with no dual shock. I know this says the point better, but still ... ps1 was the first console I had to upgrade my controller for so I could play games like ape escape.
To Nintendo’s credit, they are responsible for innovating many controller standards that we now take for granted. The d-pad, motion controls, and rumble were first introduced in Nintendo peripherals. Watch Sony and Microsoft promote features like HD rumble and built in NFC features like as if it’s unheard of and exclusive in their next-gen consoles.
