If a school bus can out-brake you (the driver, obviously the car can) then you don't belong in a sports car.

Semi trucks are required to have an anti-submarine bar on the bottom of the trailer to not kill people.
School buses rear ends sit up at the same height but aren't required one. Or seatbelts, or any other safety or emission equipment of any kind.
Still shouldn't tailgate one.
