i feel this. I sometimes have outbursts of positivity and i feel the urge to give compliments to random people. But i got a weird look and a "uhm.... okay?" from a lady once when i said to her that i like her jacket. Since then i always feel like i need to restrain myself or i´ll look like a psycopath when i get these posotivity-attacks.
