These kind of fathers will never say it but they basically believe they own their daughter's vaginas. They believe they get to say when their daughter has sex, usually after marriage and they guard access to their nearly adult child like a jealous, abusive lover.
If you don't want your child to date at 13 just say so. No reason to mock the young kid or act like he is your natural enemy.
