I'm quite sure it's those benches in Dragon Centre, Hong Kong (and if it is, this is my second time seeing it in this sub). I've went to that mall for a few times and I can tell you those benches are very uncomfortable.

CIA does this in interrogations to make the subject more uncomfortable. And they are doing this in a presumably paid establishment
