I hate that 4 stars is considered a bad review. 3 should be neutral, 4 should be good, 5 should be great.
I’m a 4.47 rated rider on Uber and I have no idea why. I don’t reek, I always tip, and I’m always cordial to the driver. I did cancel 1 trip at the last minute, but that was due to circumstances beyond my control.
