So, years ago, there was some hoax that there was going to be an alien invasion over Manhattan at a certain time.
I texted a friend the story and he called me an idiot.
Then he exited the subway to crowds of people gaping at silvery orbs dotting the skyline. Turns out some prankster released a bunch of mylar baloons.
My buddy texted me that he had to go have a drink and decompress after that experience!
