My eye doctor was just telling me about these, not exactly birthmarks, they’re called axenfeld loops.

Those are called "axenfeld loops". They are basically where a nerve (the long posterior ciliary) loops back into the sclera (white part). It has no malignant potential. Many people have them and I see them almost daily. It is unusual to see four in a row like that though.
