My mom fast asleep and holding my dad's arm about 30 minutes before he passed away. I've never shared this photo before, but thought it was a great picture of true love.

I’m sorry for your loss. I’m happy that you were able to spend time with both of them in their moments of need.

Dying in bed with the person you love the most with you. Your old man went out in the most gentle way possible. The death easiest to make peace with.

Lost my mother in March to Lung Cancer 15 days after diagnosis. Me, my brothers were all there with her and we sent a text to our father to let him know she was fading, and he got back up to the room. He kissed her on the forehead, said 'I will always love you. It's time, honey, we're all here, get some rest.' And 30 seconds later, she passed.

I'll never forget that as long as I live. I'm sorry for your loss.
