Older millennial here, grew up with my boomer parents shaming me for thinking there might be something wrong with my brain not just that I myself wasn’t doing enough to get right. I love how open mental health talk has become and can’t wait for it to become more acceptable.
Edit: counseling and therapy has also done wonders for my life and marriage. It’s extremely helpful to have an unbiased 3rd party mediate rather than the alternatives. I can’t recommend it enough.
