Uninstalled the app once I saw they hid a service fee in with the taxes.

While we're on the subject of bashing DoorDash, let me tell you about what happened to me.

DoorDash or the respective restaurants got my order wrong several times. And not just "they forgot the sauce", but like drastically wrong. As in I got a pizza when I ordered pasta. They also lost my order several times. The last time it happened, my order was "delivered" miles away from my house. I guess the delivery guy either got into an accident or just didn't feel like completing the order. I was watching the online map and like 3 miles away from the house, while driving on a big busy road, the map disappeared and it said "order complete" or whatever it says after the order has been delivered.

I contacted support and they said "because of the frequency of your support requests, we will not be able to issue a refund."

Obviously, I was pretty livid. Contested it, and they wouldn't hear a word of it. I ended up contacting the pizza place I ordered from and they contacted DoorDash and demanded they refund me. DoorDash still said no. So the pizza place refunded me out of their pocket, bless them. They tried to give me coupons for free pizza but I refused, saying I'm not in it for free stuff. (I wanted to make sure they knew I'm not just trying to scam them). And last I heard, some people from corporate were coming down to talk with DoorDash because apparently this has happened several times with this pizza place.
