From what I gathered reading the article, this sick fuck was just sitting around alone in a McDonald’s play area, like the creep he is, watching and WAITING to see a tiny child (probably any tiny child, he didn’t care which one) enter the bathroom by themselves. The daycare needs to be held responsible for not watching her better, but this guy is a huge predator and deserves all the bad things.
