When I carried my mother's ashes home with me on a plane, the funeral director gave me a notarized form stating that I was carrying human remains, and that TSA could not open the container. Everyone at the airport respected that document, and they actually let me board first so there wasn't a risk I'd have to check my carry on

Is this not standard?
