Had a friend move here from PR in the early 90's to VA. He went to DMV to get his VA license and the lady asked for his Green Card. He argued with her until a manager came over. When the manager heard what was happening she relieved the employee and helped my friend obtain his OL. Someone appeared to fail high school.
