Might sound dumb, but when someone loses weight and you see that person every day, the change happens over time they might not have even noticed. One day she will turn around and notice, holy shit my husband lost a ton of weight and looks great!

I was at 260 and want to get to 200. Down to 250 today.
You totally motivated me for today. It's been almost 3 weeks and felt really hard so far.
