For anyone who needs context: sexual harassment in Japan is so bad that they had to pass laws mandating that all phone cameras make a loud clicking noise when taking a picture, because of a rampant upskirt photo epidemic. Most trains have a women only section to prevent groping. It's bad. Sucks that they have to do this but it's not a sexism thing, it's a serious safety concern.

People don't seem to realize how bad the sexual harassment problem is in Japan. A women's only section at an event that big probably goes a long way to keep female fans safe and comfortable.

doessnt japan have to have Train carriages just for women cause of sexual harassment? Fair enough to NJPW for trying to let their fans feel comfortable
