My god damn coworker keeps adjusting the thermostat. I bought a laser thermometer to make sure I wasn’t crazy. She’s making everyone in our office sweat their asses off! It’s 74 degrees outside!
The real question is, why does a random employee have access or authority to change the thermostat? At my office that shit is locked and you have to be a manager with a key to access it.
I had a roommate that would turn the heat up like crazy. I asked her if she could use a blanket or a sweater and not turn it up as much (my room had a small walk in closet room that contained the furnace and my room was the first stop with 2 vents). Turned out she was upstairs in her room smoking with the windows open so she could smoke inside and didn't want to be cold. Our other roommate caught her turning up the heat when she left the house and the shitty roommate told her is was to fuck with me. Moral of the story some people are just pieces of shit and could give 2 fucks about other people or being sensible
