Hey, ex EOD guy here. Just contact your local police or if you’re on a military installation contact the MP’s. Actually... maybe don’t contact the MP’s. Do you know if they’re is a EOD command near you?
EDIT: for any of the other guys on here that are more familiar with this specific round do y’all know what kind of fuze these utilize? I’m assuming PD from the caliber but I can’t see the full head of the round. Also OP If you read this can you post a picture from the top down.
