There is nothing in Trumps background to suggest he has even the most basic understanding of what “justice” is. To him, “justice” is getting what he wants.

The fact is the Republicans would never approve infrastructure, only tax incentives for private contractors and even that is a maybe from the Freedom caucus.
So there is no plan, never was. This is all just another way for him not to do his fucking job and cry victim like the toddler he is. Actually I take that back, toddlers have more emotional stability, intelligence and understanding than this moron.
