I really enjoyed the early seasons of Castle. But there was one episode where Nathan Fillion was dressed in costume for some scene and his costume was the same as Mal Reynolds. My wife had no idea why I was laughing like a loon at the scene. I seem to recall some dialog in that scene too which made the joke even better.
