I think the worst offender for me was a Korean MMO called Lineage II. The dwarven race, where all the male dwarves look like short, fat, old men and the female dwarves looked like twelve year old girls. Like this. Yeah.
One example of sexual dimorphism done well is the Charr from Guild Wars 2. Both sexes share the same body structure, with the most prominent differences between them being facial features, tail fur, and some minor height and body build variations.
