Or McDonalds Hawaii has added Spam options to their menu. Is that another culture forcing changes on traditional American fast food menus?

Edit: oh, and the Fillet-o-Fish was introduced relatively early in the life of McDonalds to accommodate the dietary needs of Catholics who didn’t want to eat meat on Fridays.

I think this is less of an actual demand and more of a lack of demand.
