For some godforsaken reason, my in-laws installed fans this size into all the bedrooms when they built their house, 15 years later they're still there, being useless. They circulate pretty much nothing.
At the risk of not posting a joke or pun...these fans are supposed to be put in closets, small bathrooms and other small spaces like a laundry room. They do have a role.
