Oh wow! How did you do it? I needs to know. Lol Over the past 7 years I’ve gained 150 pounds pretty much because I got sober and divorced at the same time. I’ve been sober 7 years and it was well worth it but it’s time to do something about it. Help! I miss being average weight.
