What a weird thing to be smug about. I don’t think there’s a single “lazy” way a child is born. Pregnancy and childbirth is scary as hell and shit can go wrong regardless of how the kid is brought into the world. My brother is alive because of a c section, but my mom had a long recovery, and my friend’s mother delivered naturally but her mother had significant tearing, also with a long recovery.
Also the “real mom” line is weirdly invalidating of adoptive parents like wtf.
