My son lives with me, having split with his mum a decade ago.
He hasnt seen his mum for 5 months. Hes 11. In that 5 months it has been christmas and his birthday. He got no card or presents from her for either.
Sometimes it can be frustrating, upsetting and make you quite angry that somebody you love so much, someone so innocent to how the world works can be ignored like that by someone that should care.
Whilst stating something like this looks trashy i can totally understand the frustration.
