Speaking from personal exp: if they can’t find the wages they want here, they’ll just outsource overseas where they can get it.

It’s becoming more of an issue nowadays. Companies don’t want to pay decent wages now, but they can do it b/c were all desperate and need a job....which sucks for newbies trying to get in (desperate people w/more exp willing to take a cut).

My favorite are the jobs that are advertised as entry level, but down in the requirements it says you need at least 10 years of experience.
Oh, and it pays $30,000 per year.
