Thirties: shit starts to hurt, takes longer to heal and hangovers last all day
Fourties: shit breaks and just stays broke, hangovers hurt for several days and seem life-threatening.

It’s really rough when you get to that age when the doctors stop bothering to take you in for repairs because it’ll waste valuable living time.
I’m not there yet, but I’m already at the cautioning young adults to preserve themselves stage.
