[KY] My daughter's school is banning her from using the girl's bathroom because of a DSD. I need help in overturning it.

Sorry if this is the wrong spot, but I've been kind of rattled this last week.

I'll explain what happened from the beginning. My daughter's taking 10th grade Honors' Biology and she had to do a presentation. Since she was born with partial androgen insensitivity syndrome, she decided to make a presentation on that and then told the class that she was born with it. Word that she has this disorder spread around the school and some parents were outraged that a person who's "genetically male", as in these are the words that the school administration told me, was allowed to use the girl's bathroom and begun pressuring the administration to ban her, which the school did.

I tried to clear things up with the administration and they said that they can't do anything about it and my daughter will have to use the staff restroom from now on. She's been depressed ever since this started and I really want to help her and she's also worried that she'll be removed from her school's soccer team as the same parents that were pushing for her to be banned from the restroom are also pressuring for her to be put on the men's team.

There was a BOLA post last year (it was nominated for and I think won some BOBOLAs) about a woman with a similar disorder whose workplace found out and started harassing her. It started with one coworker and then the boss went all-in on it, forcing dress code changes so that she couldn't wear pants and outright mocking her for being unable to get pregnant.

This is why rumors are pure shit. It started with her talking about how she has a rare syndrome and when a random kid mentioned some of it to a parent it turned her into a trans person. The school board is in for a world of trouble for allowing this to happen without looking into it.

Hooooooo boy I would not want to be on that school board when the lawyers get involved. I would not want to be in the next three counties.
