Voters don’t seem to have much of an issue prohibiting young adults from partaking in various activities, but I’m sure there would be a political shitstorm if a law was passed that prohibited the elderly from operating motor vehicles.

Age of majority should be one age. Want it to be 21? Fine. No draft until 21. No gambling until 21. No voting until 21. Charged as a minor under 21. No booze until 21. Fine, if that's what you want, fine. But this is some bullshit. I work at a desk job with mostly 30-40 year olds and one guy skipped grades and is there who isn't even 21 yet. Had to get a fake to go to happy hour after work in his adult job. Ridiculous.
