It seems to be a very modern phenomenon that stupid people think their opinions are more valid than those of scientists and experts in their field. How did this happen? Stupid people used to know their place and were mostly ignored.
Based on my debates with climate change deniers, they just say that some scientists don't agree with climate change. And those scientists are the honest ones, meanwhile the scientists that believe it exists are paid off by companies with special interests.
