So over summer I was in china and visited Guangzhou, I remember driving past this building on a big highway. Apparently it's a Cantonese tradition (Guangzhou is in an area that's historically Cantonese) to build holes in buildings and structures to allow dragons to fly through them, which is a symbol of good luck. I've heard it's also common in Hong Kong but haven't been so don't take that as fact!
