It's not so much the xenon headlights. It's assholes who upgrade their headlight wiring and whatnot to take xenon style bulbs WITHOUT changing the projector or lens. The light gets scattered instead of being focused in front and therefore blinds everyone. It's not a legal practice in a lot of states (USA) and a real douchey thing to do.
Is this getting worse or is it just me? I feel there are multiple times a night where I feel like I can't tell if someone is coming at me in my lane because the oncoming light is so bright.
