This is the worst part of my job as a cellphone retailer. The baby boomer who has to have the smart phone to keep up with their Facebook and expects you to hold their hand every step of the way and for years after said sale. They have a hard time understanding that support like that isn't free.
I actually had to threaten to take away my 73 year old father's phone at the dinner table last Easter.....he kept using it under the table. This was the man that had a strict 'no answering the telephone at dinner time' rule back in the 80s before we even had an answering machine. It was a ridiculous moment that I still can't believe I experienced.
