I switched over to Start from Bell this year because of how bad bell has been to me. When cancelling Bell service I had to call in a second time and was charged an extra month because of this. So make sure you record every conversation with Bell/Rogers or they will say they don't have any record of you phoning in when this happens.

Finally our government is paying attention to the telecom monopoly.
