Firestone left me a nice Snap-On wrench. Been there for 2 days, I heard something rubbing.

Before yall downvote me to hell, let me explain.

I am taking the wrench back, but only to talk to the tech face to face.

My wife took my car for two all terrain tires on the back while i was at work. They put two road tires on the back of my rear wheel drive car, which already had all terrains all around.

They tried to sell her a water pump, which i just replaced. They tried to sell her a battery, which is only acting funny because i just replace the TPS and they let the car die after 3 hours on the alignment machine, and the car is pulling to the right still.

Two of my rims are still half black because ive been scraping black plasti-dip off of them the last few weeks trying to get my normal color back. Someone thought it was a good idea to go ahead and paint ONE rim black again, which infuriates me. I will be up there tomorrow and speaking to the tech personally

Edit: cant decide if i should talk to the store or go straight to coporate about this mess.

Somewhere a Firestone tech is accusing every other tech of stealing his tools.
