Cut the sticky side of the adhesive bandage in half. Put gauze on the top of your finger, lay sticky side down along the top and bottom of your finger. Use the four ends you have to now over lap each other. They have specific bandages, but you can make your own for a fraction of the cost with a simple snip snip.
