The trick is to buff your defense by overloading on sugar and protein immediately beforehand, thus reducing the impact of full size Snickers.
And remember, never eat the Snickers. They're enchanted and will turn you into a tiny minion unable to resist Margaret's will.
Margaret can only be defeated by fire, which also works on the minions.
