To be fair, this probably stemmed from one of those reminders that pop up "It's so and so's birthday, say hello!". Someone from Bill's family needs to contact Facebook to have the page "memorialized" which makes it read only and people no longer get reminders of birthdays. A friend of my mom's passed away and when she got the birthday reminder it crushed her for that day. :(
