I mean they are either old enough to know or they aren't.
How TF can a judge just rule two different ways and contradict themselves is my issue. Minorities like young blacks damn sure get harsher sentences, and that's fucked up. People of the same age doing the same crime but one getting a different sentence because of race or their social bracket is racist.
