I'm sure they're heartbroken over losing customers who expect free services and don't pay, and try to steal merchandise. My god, how ever will the business survive?
Let's see. Goes to one movie a month but never noticed tax is added, pays for drinks approximately one visit out of three, demands to see the manager when forced to follow theater rules, and doesn't get that most theaters make their revenue off concession sales.
Gosh, AMC, however will you deal with the loss of this awesome loyal customer?
