Renting to this guy would be a nightmare because you know every month he'll be short on rent. Even if he could come up with the full amount and deposit I wouldn't rent to him
I had a 25 year old roommate who was going to school, and regularly blew her whole paychecks on stupid shit then went running to her parents to help cover her school and rent costs. Her parents finally got fed up and said they didn't want to keep bailing her out, so rather than stop wasting her paychecks, she just started demanding that I also start hitting up MY parents to help her cover her part of the rent. Then got all indignant when I said I wouldn't do it.
Fuck she was awful. I STILL get fucking angry thinking about it, a decade later.
