Buy up all the chalk from Target and sell them on for $3-$4. Make a profit and undermine the college shop.

Do you know how many times I've heard a university say "you don't need a car on campus, we have everything you need within walking distance."
And strongly recommending freshmen to live on campus, or even requiring it.
