Im pretty sure its the insurance companies behind this. My cousin owns a moving company, and smokes pot occasionally, I asked him if he drug test, he said he had to to get insured. He said he'd rather they smoke pot than any other drug, but to keep his insurance he had to test the workers.

I guess it depends on what you do. All my friends smoke weed and we don’t even live in a legal state
