What's the point? You have hundreds of cameras from cell phones to other news organizations. And it's not like we haven't seen people protesting Trump. I really want to know what's going on in his head. Did the photographer say something to piss him off? Because.. I seriously can't fathom any (sane) reason other than a personal grudge.

The big thing people are missing is the skillful use of the camera's sling as a stabilization device when trying to get an awkward shot.
