Fun fact: The lake is actually named after a Zora from Majora's Mask. Toto was the manager of the Indigo-Gos; a band which employed Mikau, the Zora that Link could transform into (who also has a lake named after him.)
Also, Toto Lake is in the Lanayru Province, not Akkala. But I'll let it slide for now
