I know a girl that got engaged 2 weeks after meeting a guy for the first time, her parents believed that if a man proposes you can’t say no. Later on it was found out the guy traveled around the country to different conservative churches and proposed to girls after barely knowing them hoping one of them will say yes. They’ve been married for over 10 years now so I guess it worked out in the end for him.
