I used to work for a place that made these. I was always curious about how they worked in action, but the movement is at the top rather than in the seats, so there's little chance that the kid will be able to reach you unless they have really long legs
I’ve used one of these with my 8mo. It’s pretty cool and you don’t get kicked in the head like I thought you would. You have to go slow though because the little seat gets a real swing on!
