I had a professor in college who had in his syllabus, 1 page of notes for exams and no ocular devices to modify eyesight were allowed. Apparently he has a student who did this, but he spent so much time looking for his notes that he didn't finish the exam.

Better yet, print it really small and use a jeweler’s loop.
